End-to-End Business Flow
Batu Karang Group controls the entire nickel supply chain through a structured chain of licensed entities, ensuring compliance, traceability, and efficiency at every stage.
Izin Usaha Jasa Pertambangan — authorizes provision of mining support services including drilling, blasting, and site preparation.
Izin Usaha Pertambangan — the core extraction permit covering exploration and production of nickel laterite ore on licensed concession areas.
Izin Pengangkutan dan Penjualan — permits the inland transportation and domestic/export sale of mined ore from IUP areas.
Surat Izin Usaha Perusahaan Angkutan Laut — authorizes the operation of our own sea freight vessels for bulk ore shipment.
Our trading arm negotiates contracts, manages buyer relationships, and coordinates international ore delivery to end customers.
Nickel ore is delivered to certified smelters in China, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia for downstream processing.

Our nickel ore is available in two primary grades, each meeting international smelter-grade standards with consistent quality across shipments.
Saprolite Ore
Rotary Kiln Electric Furnace (RKEF) smelting for ferronickel & NPI production
